Before you message

How fast do you actually answer?

Median first response is two hours during business hours (09:00–18:00 CET, Monday to Friday). Out-of-hours we reply by the next business morning.

Do you offer phone support?

Email and ticket only. We read everything and reply within four hours — we just don't pick up calls cold. For Enterprise contracts, scheduled calls are included.

I'm a journalist — who do I email?
